I wanted to share this great resource for anyone who is doing short sale and loss mitigation work. It’s a large list of phone numbers and other contact information of loss mitigation departments. I’m not sure if it’s being maintained and updated. So, for what it’s worth, here it is (Click here.)
BTW: We’re actively looking for short sale homes in high-end neighborhoods. If you are an agent or investor dealing with these and you would like to save time and make more commission at the same time, let me know! - send an email to shortsalehelp@GotForeclosure.com.
If you are a bird dog, consider joining our team and specifically prospect for short sale deals in high-end areas! Join here, and send me an email to ask for more info.

I have a question. I am an investor in Portland, Ore. I have been working with homeowners in foreclosure for three years. I have mostly helped homeowners who are unfortunately not able to keep their homes sell. My question is what is next. I am trying to reinvent my company to assist homeowners with renegotiations with the banks. Is this a feasible move for my company. Are banks really invested in working with homeowners to rectify this situation. I’d love to know your thoughts.
